DR. JAKE YAGER
Dr. Jake Yager is a Fort Wayne native and graduate of Carroll High School. He attended Indiana University – Bloomington for his undergraduate degree and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Indiana University School of Dentistry in Indianapolis.
Dr. Yager believes in educating his patients on available treatment options and working alongside them to make the treatment decision that will be best for their specific needs. He has a special interest in staying current with new dental techniques and technologies, allowing him to provide effective care to patients on a daily basis.
Family is very important to Dr. Yager. He and his wife Rebecca have two sons, James and Miles, and one daughter, Claire. When he isn't spending time with his family, Dr. Yager enjoys bicycling, playing basketball and tennis, and hiking.

EDUCATION
DR. Emma O'Heeney
Dr. Emma O’Heeney is a proud Fort Wayne native who is excited to bring her dental expertise to Yager Family Dentistry. Dr. O graduated from Bishop Dwenger High School and then earned a BS from the University of Notre Dame, majoring in science pre-professional studies and Spanish and studying abroad in Spain and Poland. She graduated from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry and promptly moved back to Fort Wayne, where she has provided compassionate dental care for the last several years.
Dr. O’Heeney is dedicated to expanding her knowledge and refining her clinical skills through regular continuing education courses. She understands dental practice as a beautiful fusion of art and science, and particularly enjoys cosmetic dentistry and facial injectables. While she appreciates the technical aspects of dentistry, she finds the most fulfillment in caring for patients and building personal connections with them. She loves dental questions, so don’t hesitate to ask!
Beyond her professional pursuits, Dr. O’Heeney cherishes spending time with her husband, Quinn, and their three small children. Together they love game nights, traveling, trying new foods, scuba diving, and enjoying the many wonderful things life in Fort Wayne has to offer. Dr. O relishes a good podcast, dabbles in a variety of crafts, and is attempting to become a better plant mom. Any tips and tricks are welcome!

DR. ERIC WIEDEMANN
Dr. Wiedemann is a Fort Wayne native who graduated from Carroll High School. He
received his degree in Biology from Indiana University–Bloomington. He then earned his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Downers Grove, Illinois.
Dr. Wiedemann is committed to continued learning of advanced techniques in dentistry. His goal is to provide exceptional, comprehensive dental care to his patients in a friendly and caring environment. He looks forward to educating and motivating his patients toward a state of optimal oral health.
In his free time, Dr. Wiedemann enjoys traveling, playing golf, and rooting on his favorite Indiana sports teams. He also values spending time with his wife (Rachel), his children (Wells and Wren), his family and friends.
